RIGHT OF REFUSAL, RESTOCKING FEES & RE-DELIVERY FEES
We, or our delivery partner, may refuse to deliver your order if they believe that furnishing alcohol to you or the person accepting the delivery on your behalf is illegal, unsafe or inappropriate. If a delivery cannot be made for this or any other reason, you may be charged a restocking fee. Subsequent delivery attempts are at the discretion of us or our delivery partner, and are subject to redelivery fees.

At A1A LIQUOR, we believe it is our role and responsibility during this time to prioritize the health and well-being of our employees, customers, business partners and community. Like you all, we continue to monitor the quickly evolving news related to COVID-19. In the interim, we have already expanded our procedures to increase the frequency of cleaning and sanitizing, especially in high traffic areas such as door handles, entryways, checkout counters and restrooms. We are also taking additional steps following closing of our stores each night to perform a deeper clean of all surfaces. Our staff remains alert and diligent to the frequency of the cleaning and are committed to taking the steps necessary to keep our stores safe.
We have a focused team monitoring the situation in real time relying on the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention, the World Health Organization, and local/federal government and public agencies to inform our decisions. We intend to support our health officials and government leaders as they work to contain the virus, which is why have begun the cancellation of certain events at the store with larger than average gatherings in accordance with their guidelines.
As we take expanded precautions, we welcome our customers, business partners and community to continue to use our stores. We also welcome our customers who have taken measures to limit social gatherings and practicing social distancing to use our alternative delivery methods available through our online website, and several third-party delivery apps (Drizly & UberEats).
